I am in the construction industry, and the Reids allowed me to do my own trim, floor, painting and kitchen. I was so happy to find a builder who would allow me to do my own work. I needed extra time to complete my work and without hesitation they gave me more time to do what I needed to do. Highly recommended!

But with the Reids, they gave us a construction key at the model home on the weekend and let us take time to view the construction of our new home. Richard Reid even let us run our own speaker wire for our home audio system.
